By placing an order the purchaser accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by the said TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein. This Agreement supersedes any other verbal or written agreement between a Button Deals representative and any customer or prospective customer.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal along with money orders and personal checks. We are happy to accept purchase orders from schools and government institutions.

Credit Card Policy
Button Deals does not keep credit card information on file. Button Deals leaves all credit card related activities up to AUTHORIZE.net, www.paypal.com. Therefore Button Deals is not responsible for any credit card or bank related issues.
You can shop at www.buttondeals.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number or UPS ground F.O.B. Bristol, CT. For split shipments, there will be an additional $3.00 per location. Please submit a shipment list with address & zip codes, UPS require a street address. Alternate delivery is available upon request via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, USPS. When using UPS third party or recipient account, a $5.00 handling fee will automatically be applied to your order.
Button Deals will not be responsible for lost UN-tracked USPS first class shipped items. We do offer this shipping method to those customers looking for the cheapest shipping prices possible. If you wish to guarantee your package arrival, you might want to consider purchasing a shipping service with tracking information. UPS is the only service offered that is guaranteed. If a UPS package does not arrive by the time indicated in a customer’s confirmation email that Button Deals sends, then a customer can be refunded, but only for the shipping cost.
Button Deals is not responsible for any problems incurred during the shipment of the product. Button Deals has no control over the practices of the United States Postal Service or UPS. Problems that can occur include the following: incorrect address, worker strikes, problem with delivery location, holiday season and/or severe weather conditions.
Button Designs or Samples
All button designs or samples provided thru Button Deals will remain the sole property of Button Deals and cover under copyright laws, until payment arrangements have been received and paid in full.
All Custom Orders are Final
Due to the uniqueness of each product we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been approved and gone into production, it may not be canceled for any reason. Buttondeals.com does not issue refunds. As previously mentioned we use only the finest materials and manufacturing techniques. And in the unlikely event a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered. Button Deals will replace the item at no additional charge.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.
